I have now ordered several of the ponchos, hats and snoods for Christmas presents. Love their quality and range of colours. However someone had opened my package with a sharp object which cut through the tape and the plastic wrapping. Thankfully no damage that I can see! It may be worth you adding an extra layer of cardboard inside the box perhaps? I think this may have been opened by Customs people!
